TIERED JUSTICE: UNEQUAL TREATMENT OF CRIME AND CONSTITUTIONAL VIOLATIONS
From 2015 to 2021 I've experienced more hate and discrimination than I have in my entire lifetime. I used to think people are generally good but now I know differently. One single factor alone has brought it to light and that was with light, invisible light. In invisibility the inward hate existed while outward hate was visible and documentable. What would you do if you weren't left alone...all the time? You'd appear different because of your reactions to being pestered constantly. People would call you mean, angry, or crazy. Now imagine them pestering you in your head! You'd behave the same way but when people looked around they saw me being mad and nobody there. This is how my nightmare and journey to Hell and back began.
The picture to the right was taken just before my initial capture, by the government or police, doing the one thing I love more than any other; 2D flight...sailing. A sailboat uses wings but they are perpendicular to the ground: sails. There is a stabilizer too, a keel below the surface. The only difference is water keeps you at a level height. I grew up sailing on Lake St. Clair north of Detroit, Michigan since the age of 10. I raced Lasers as an adolescent, represented the Midwest at Nationals and placed 7th in Newport Beach, California in 1989, then attended college where I became President and founder of the Sailing Club at Ohio Wesleyan University. After graduating in 1995 I never had a boat until the early 2000s when I purchased a Hunter 18.5. The first season I owned Oh...Miss I traveled the 950 mile Ohio River from Pittsburgh, PA to Paducah, KY in 28 days. I then upgraded to a Catalina 22 where I raced weekly at ACSA just north of Columbus. The last 6 years my boat has sat dry docked while I've struggled to get my freedom and rights back from RNM and V2K (look them up on an Internet search). There will be waves and wind ahead but business comes first.
